Downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, billing, family sharing, and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
Unless an app shows separate custom terms, paid apps and in-app purchases use Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
Some apps may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription length, price, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the app’s purchase flow and in Apple’s purchase sheet before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal.
Some apps may show ads. Where required, the app may ask for consent before requesting personalized ads. Premium purchases may remove ads when the app’s purchase flow describes that benefit.
Use the apps lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the apps, App Store services, iCloud, advertising services, or support channels.
Support is provided by email or GitHub when available. Samuel Spithorst may update, change, or discontinue app features over time.

Downloads, in-app aankopen, abonnementen, terugbetalingen, facturering, gezinsdeling en abonnementbeheer worden door Apple afgehandeld via de App Store en StoreKit.
Tenzij een app aparte aangepaste voorwaarden toont, gebruiken betaalde apps en in-app aankopen Apple’s standaard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
Sommige apps kunnen automatisch verlengende abonnementen aanbieden. Abonnementsduur, prijs, verlengingsvoorwaarden en annuleringsopties worden getoond in de aankoopflow van de app en in Apple’s aankoopscherm voordat je koopt.
Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd totdat je opzegt. Je kunt abonnementen beheren of annuleren in je Apple Account-instellingen. Annuleer minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige factureringsperiode om verlenging te voorkomen.
Sommige apps kunnen advertenties tonen. Waar dat vereist is, kan de app om toestemming vragen voordat gepersonaliseerde advertenties worden aangevraagd. Premiumaankopen kunnen advertenties verwijderen wanneer de aankoopflow van de app dat voordeel beschrijft.
Gebruik de apps rechtmatig en probeer de apps, App Store-diensten, iCloud, advertentiediensten of supportkanalen niet te verstoren, reverse-engineeren of misbruiken.
Support wordt aangeboden via e-mail of GitHub wanneer beschikbaar. Samuel Spithorst kan appfuncties na verloop van tijd bijwerken, wijzigen of stopzetten.
